    Series: 1916-1945

The background has original colors, wear and tones. Contact marks an scratches are noticed. Mercury’s profile is outlined, but showing a heavy flatness of original wear and due to this coin’s circulated detail and age, its common to see this issue on most coins of this age and circulated use. The texture is original and smooth.
    Reverse Details:
Rim and edge showing very heavy uneven wear to the edge and is causing the wear to soak into the lettering around the outer part of the coin. Some letters are still seen, but limited. The smaller lettering of E Pluribus Unum are still there, but again heavy with wear. The background has original colors, wear and tones. Contact marks and scratches are noticed. The facet, leafs and branches are showing here much circulated wear and age to this coin due to it’s use during it’s time. The texture is original and smooth.
