All Hagen Renaker pieces are pre-owned.  No chips, breaks or repairs unless specified above.  I do not typically include the degree of crazing on a piece or list rough edges due to poorly applied glaze or the wearing down of glaze over time.  Please look over the pictures and feel free to ask any questions.
Shipping will be combined when purchasing more than one item.  Ebay apparently won't allow buyers to request an invoice when a promotion is offered (in this case, the 4th piece is free), so I've set a fixed shipping & handling price for each item independent of where the buyer lives.  Additional items paid for at the same time will have a $.80 fee.
October 2021 Update:  According to the USPS, 1st class shipping will take up to 3 times longer to deliver than in the past.  First Class packages will now be shipped via postal trucks rather than on planes.  So please keep that extended delivery time in mind when purchasing.  Priority Mail might be a better option for you!

I wrap each piece individually, and sometimes pack multiple boxes within the shipping box if a piece is particularly fragile.  Obviously there is always the risk of damage during packing or shipping.  Please contact me with any problems.  I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Returns only on items that have been grossly misrepresented (for example, I missed an obvious repair or chip).  I am very careful when I inspect each figurine, but I do not own jeweler/dentist loupes to magnify my view.  If you are really unhappy due to a minor imperfection, I will accept returns.  Buyer pays for the return shipping in this case.
