This bike along the rest in the collection were very well kept, meticulously maintained, and very lightly used.
The
Kawasaki KLR250/KL250D
was a
motorcycle
produced from 1984 to 2005 as the successor to the 1978 to 1983 KL250C, with only minor changes during the model run. This lightweight dualsport motorcycle was used for several years by the US military for a variety of tasks, including messenger duty and reconnaissance. It's a very sought after vintage bike.
This bike has been fully serviced and mechanically needs absolutely nothing. It has a super low
2,880 original miles
! Cosmetically it shows minimal wear and tear for a 30 year old bike. It's in jaw dropping condition.
The frame rails are damage free. The entire bike is without any rust. Body, plastic, footpeg, and handlebars are all in great shape and all original. It's been well stored and kept in a climate controlled garage. There's no mud or asphalt damage or debris on/under the body or on the engine. Mechanically this bike doesn't need any attention asides being ridden.
It comes with receipts and paperwork for all the recent maintenance and new parts (maintenance related). You won't find one this clean. With gas prices soaring, it's a  fun and economic means of transportation. Remember it can be registered and street legal.
