If you get transhipper which you want him/her to deliver your fish.
Place order for the fish and do payment.

Tell me the transhipper's name which you are selected.

I will confirm my shipping date to transhipper. (Fish's shipping frequency is weekly or

times per month depend on transhipper)

After fish is shipped, I'll inform you.
7.
Then you contact transhipper for fish pickup or delivery.

We will shipped the Betta & Tropical fish to Trans-shippers in the USA every

weeks.
Please contact your Trans shipper for information about shipping cost and take the fish.
It will take another
7-10
days to get from US Shipping Center to your address, and additional
shipping costs may incur or maybe have to pay extra, Depends on the delivery of the country,

Please, you must contact to your transhipper your select , For check when your order is arrived and the transshipper contact to you when your order is arrived too. Please send your complete Address , phone number and active email. We will not refund , when your fish arrived your country, But if you do not respond to emails from   Transhipper , Because your fish shipped out of Thailand, then it means. We pay for the charge from Thailand Transhipper too.
DOA [ Dead on arrival policy ] :
- The dead fish must stay in original sealed plastic bag only.
Seller not responsibility if the bag is opened.
-  Buyers can request a refund the fish's cost only
but no shipping cost refund and no replacement
-  Please send a clear picture of the DOA fish
while the plastic bag has not opened to me.
If you CAN NOT provide those conditions, we WILL NOT replace or refund.
