Domestic packages are sent by either USPS or FedEx and will include tracking and delivery confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Packages are sent by USPS Priority or First Class Mail and we use the Global shipping Program. Please note that international purchases may be subject to additional VAT taxes and customs duties levied by your country. All import costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.

For items that are used, as with most pre-owned items, some minor wear and signs of age should be expected. All major flaws will be noted. Please check description and pictures carefully and message us with any questions. We strive to accurately measure, describe and photograph each item, so returns are not generally accepted unless an item is grossly misrepresented or there is an error in the listing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within two days after receiving your item so we can offer a fair resolution. We cannot accept returns due to issues with fit or color, as a detailed description, measurements and pictures are provided in each listing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges except for issues due to seller error.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
