NO BLADES OR INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED; ONLY THE TOOL AS SHOWN AS-IS. The motor runs fine, but I'm sure this needs some general maintenance and set-up and possibly replacement parts. There are various nicks, scratches, and other wear to this tool from age and usage. Please look at the pictures closely as they will show the condition better than I can describe.
