Here is a nicely preserved 1960s vintage KING CLEVELAND 600 USA student trumpet outfit complete with
mouthpiece and hardshell locking case.  This trumpet is complete and ready to play right out of the case. The original gold-colored lacquered brass finish is at least 95%+ intact showing just mild wear from age.
The lacquer is a beautiful rich gold color and has nickel silver accents on the trim.
The King Cleveland 600 model was designed to be a high quality student model trumpet.  Serial number is 304XXX and the bell is engraved "KING CLEVELAND 600 KING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS EASTLAKE, OHIO" with the King crown logo.  This trumpet has smooth quick valves and all slides move freely and have just been lubricated. Valve plating is nicely intact. This horn is in very nice shape (please check out the 12 photos). There are some little shallow dings in the horn but no major dents. This horn features mother-of-pearl finger buttons, an adjustable 3rd slide ring, and traditional lever style waterkeys.
This King Cleveland 600 has been recently play tested and is all ready to be played and enjoyed.  It plays very well as you would expect from a King USA instrument.  It's very easy blowing with a beautiful rich centered tone. This one comes with a hardshell case, which is in very good shape with working latches, storage compartment for smaller accessories, soft plush lining, a sturdy handle, and the key to lock it.
The case has some staining on the inside plush material but
provides solid protection for the horn.
