Lionel 69 or 069 Ringing Signal Maroon Prewar O Gauge X5867

Description

10” tall enameled metal signal is original maroon with brass diamond sign, made for O or Standard Gauge in the 1920’s. Original finish is mostly nice, but has a burn spot on back of base from solder underside, also has 2 notches added at back for wiring. Bells and mechanism have some corrosion spots, should clean up some. It worked when bench tested, as is, no operation warranty due to age, will require a track trip or insulated rail section for layout use. Diamond is mounted higher than usual on post, does not slide down any farther.
