  • Condition: This rare beauty is the epitome of the “committee” that designed this super horn in nice shape and sounds like honey coming out of the bell. Part of a private collection in smoke free studio. This horn really slots well and has good compression “pop”. Based on the serial number it was made in 1945 and the valves look great.     Nice , slots nice, plays with great overtones....It’s A Committee !
    A committee of trumpet craftsman from the premier instrument companies put their brains together in 1939 to create “the best sounding trumpet ever”  Renold Schilke, Vincent Bach, Elden Benge, and Foster Reynolds.
