Amazing Heavy Commemorative (arizona) Phoenix Suns Basketball Bolo Tie Navajo Sterling Silver Yazzi weight 134g  details:
This Bolo must have been made for someone very special.  it is extraordinary heavy & looks like it commemorated the 35th anniversary of the Phoenix Suns Basketball team.
The bolo is gorgeous & backed with sterling with the back embossed with a design.  there is a signature HY  believe it is possibly from Yazzi of the Navajo tribe.
the leather on this is extraordinary - heavy hand weaving braiding mixed with a flat leather neck to make it more comfortable to wear when sporting this heavy Bolo
The back has 2 loops that loop around the leather.
The sterling tips are beautiful& each ends with a Suns logo sterling dangle that has purple Chariote & Opal that has the suns logo.
the bolo measures 2 5/8" diameter.  the thickness is .25"  the tips measure 3.25" which are larger than most tips & unique to this bolo.
the entire piece weighs 134g  it is difficult to get a true weight with the leather.
the leather measures 40" total from tip to tip.  it is wider & thicker than most braided bolo leather.
condition is just gorgeous.  a very slight barely there tiniest indent on one of the tips, but otherwise spectacular piece in all ways!
