Here is the delivery information as specified by Paradise Grills:
· The requested delivery date is subject to approval and product availability.
· General delivery time is 3-4 weeks and any delays in delivery by the purchaser may result in an additional 2-4 weeks due to delivery crew availability.
· A re-delivery fee will be assessed on any delivery attempt where the purchaser is not present to receive the product or the incorrect product was purchased and must be exchanged
Delivery requirements as specified by Paradise Grills:
· Designated area for the BBQ unit should be predetermined and ready prior to delivery arrival.
· All debris or equipment blocking access to set up location must be removed.
· Access from street to final location including gate, AC unit etc. must be minimal 45” wide.
· Delivery company will put BBQ at designated area and place appliances in unit. Side burn hoses not included (should purchaser wish to add a single or double sideburner).
· Delivery company is not licensed for and will not perform electrical, water, gas/propane hook-ups.
· Delivery crew will not deliver unit up or down stairways, raised deck or up hills.
Tile, slate, granite may vary slightly in color. Slate will be uneven as it is a natural stone.
