Return policy - if usps or fedex delivers fish late or damages boxes, i will not refund your fish as i have no conttol over that. If the fish fish arrive dead take pictures in original bag. Pictures must be  clear, and sent one hour after deliverey. Your fish will then be replaced. Shippings cost are not refundable.  Thanks you for your bussiness.
