You are looking at an original BOX and INNER cardboard holders for the American Flyer 322 engine--the Hudson with smoke and choo choo.
This is the BOX and inner cardboard ONLY for your Flyer 322. I  believe that Flyer used the inner cardboard cradles in the earliest prewar years such as 1946-48. Eventually they were replaced by just the wrapper inside the box.
Tough to find with the inner pieces!
CONDITION:
Very clean and crisp box and inner cradles. With label and legible printing. Some vintage writing on the box and original vintage tape. There is a service stamp from 1949 that no charge was due. The box is full P7 on the road to P8. You will not be disappointed! Set ready. Enlarge the pictures to see it all up close and personal.

We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless there was an error on our end, return shipping is paid by the buyer and the price of the item is refunded upon receipt of iback at Lone Star Trains. If we made a mistake, we pay the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped. We cannot accept returns on orders that were shipped new and then opened. If there is a problem, such as an error in description or condition, we accept returns within 30 days.
