Please see ALL of the photos, this is the exact transformer and box you will receive.  The photographs are a direct representation of the condition of the unit.
We recently acquired this from a large train collection buyout.  The transformer is in excellent condition, showing lite cosmetic wear.  The cord and plug show little to no use.
The original box and instruction sheet are included and in great shape.
We are happy to provide additional photos if desired as our trains and accessories are sold AS IS with no returns.
When plugged in, the unit makes a humming/vibration sound as is should.   That is all the testing we have done
