  • Condition: Used vintage condition raw brass, some tarnish around but just surface like happens to raw brass. Brass is healthy, slightly bent in bell bow towards leadpipe , mouthpiece receiver goes down very slightly, small dent on the pulling side of the tuning slide but not large/ pretty shallow .     Listing For sale today used and vintage Olds Studio model Bb Trumpet serial in #48xxx LOS ANGELES , CA desirable ERA ! Horn has bell and tuning slide nickel accents characteristics for this model. Bell flare measures 4.70” and bore appears to be ML . Lacquer is gone with time and horn is raw brass but bell engravings pretty easy to read as you can see on photos. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS . Valves are original and top serials match serials of the body . Pistons are in great shape and with top compression. I described imperfections in the details section above listing so please read there. I just changed felts on top of valve caps so valves move more quiet. These horns were made to last. Comes with original olds vintage case in good shape. Both latches have springs , one latch needs to be helped when closing so make sure it’s locked before you pick up the case. Handle is still good , could use replacement in the future. Comes with the Bach Corp 7C size mouthpiece .
    Horn has been play tested and plays very well and is ready to play upon receipt.
    All could use cleaning responsibility of the new owner . I’m selling horns accumulated over years of eBay sales as I was comparing many horns to each other . SALE IS FINAL NO RETURNS PLEASE . Don’t miss
