Balloons will ship out of California, usually within 24 hours.  I ship Monday thru Friday as well as most Saturdays.  The balloons will ship flat (not inflated).  You can add helium yourself or have them filled at a party store. Packages will ship to the address you have on file so please update it in eBay and PayPal prior to bidding!  Packages will ship USPS First Class unless you upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout.  Please keep in mind that eBay's delivery dates are
